We are a private-pay mental-health clinic. We are currently not accepting insurance at this time. However, we can provide a superbill upon request so you may file for potential insurance reimbursement depending on your insurance plan.
ProCare Direct Access is an out-of-network provider for TRICARE and most major insurance plans.
Being “out-of-network” means we do not bill insurance directly, but many clients can still receive reimbursement from their insurance plan.

Reimbursement Support for Mental Health Services
To help clients maximize their benefits, we partnered with Reimbursify to file out-of-network claims quickly and easily. We cover the cost of Reimbursify, so our clients can submit claims and receive reimbursement with no added fees.
Checking Your Out-of-Network Benefits
Before starting care, call your insurance provider and ask:
– Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
– What is my out-of-network deductible? Has it been met?
– Are services by a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner covered?
– What is my coinsurance rate?
– Is pre-authorization required?
– Will I be reimbursed the full amount or a percentage?
– Do you cover CPT codes (for medication management- 99205 and 99215), (Psychotherapy- 90834), and what is the maximum allowed amount?
