Jesús de Luna, PMHNP-BC, Major, U.S. Army
With over 15 years of experience in psychiatric mental health, I specialize in treating severe mental illness with a focus on military-related conditions, particularly combat-related PTSD.
I proudly served 23 years in the U.S. Army—first as an infantryman, and later as a medical officer conducting psychiatric evaluations and Medical Evaluation Boards (MEBs).
At Fort Sam Houston, I served under BAMC, providing in-depth psychiatric assessments and evaluations for active duty service members.
As both a veteran and a former VA patient, I have lived the challenges our community faces and understand the critical gaps in mental health care. At PROCARE Direct Access my goal is to close those gaps and provide compassionate, mission-focused psychiatric care tailored to those who've sacrificed the most.
Our clinic is dedicated exclusively to veterans, service members, and first responders—those who protect and serve our nation.
Jyoti Kc, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C
As a former U.S. Army Reserve Officer, I developed the discipline, resilience, and sense of purpose that continue to guide my work today. It taught me what it means to lead through adversity, serve with integrity, and recognize the often-unseen toll that high-stress roles can take—especially on mental health. These experiences shaped my commitment to supporting those who serve and have served.
I’m also a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s most difficult challenges. At ProCare Direct Access, I provide trauma-informed care tailored to veterans, military and first responders—focusing on PTSD, medication management, and long-term wellness.
My goal is to offer a safe, respectful, and judgment-free space where patients feel empowered to take control of their mental health and move forward with strength and support.
