Clinical & Therapeutic Services
Compassionate. Experienced. Mission-Driven Mental Health Care.
At ProCare Direct Access, we understand the unique challenges faced by military personnel, veterans, and first responders. Our licensed clinicians — many of whom have served themselves — combine clinical precision with lived experience to deliver exceptional psychiatric care and VA documentation services, all under one roof.
To ensure patients receive the most appropriate level of care, ProCare Direct Access does not provide treatment for:
- Personality disorders
- Substance use disorders
- Psychotic disorders
Individuals needing care for these conditions may require specialized or higher-level services.

Ways We Support Your Mental Health
Medication Management
We help you find the right medications and dosages to support your mental health, manage symptoms, and maintain daily functioning. Our goal is to make treatment safe, effective, and tailored to you.
Individual Psychotherapy
One-on-one sessions focused on your unique experiences and challenges. This is a safe space to work through stress, trauma, or life changes, build coping skills, and strengthen mental resilience.
Supportive Therapy
Practical guidance and strategies to help you manage day-to-day stress, stay resilient, and maintain your mental well-being. Think of it as ongoing support to keep you functioning at your best.
Fees for Service
We are a cash-only, private clinic. We are currently not accepting insurance at this time. However, we can provide a superbill upon request so you may file for potential insurance reimbursement depending on your insurance plan.
- New Patient Evaluation – 60 minutes: $300
- Follow-Up Visit – 30 minutes: $150
We are a private-practice, cash-pay mental health clinic. ProCare Direct Access is an out-of-network provider for TRICARE and most major insurance plans.
Being “out-of-network” means we do not bill insurance directly, but many clients can still receive reimbursement from their insurance plan.
Reimbursement Support
To help clients maximize their benefits, we partnered with Reimbursify to file out-of-network claims quickly and easily. We cover the cost of Reimbursify, so our clients can submit claims and receive reimbursement with no added fees.
Checking Your Out-of-Network Benefits
Before starting care, call your insurance provider and ask:
– Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
– What is my out-of-network deductible? Has it been met?
– Are services by a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner covered?
– What is my coinsurance rate?
– Is pre-authorization required?
– Will I be reimbursed the full amount or a percentage?
– Do you cover CPT codes (for medication management- 99205 and 99215), (Psychotherapy- 90834), and what is the maximum allowed amount?
If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, we’ll connect you with Reimbursify, making claim filing simple—in just minutes after your session.
